Bonne et heureuse année 2015. a l’occasion je profite de vous adresser
par le présent mail mes vifs et sincères remerciements pour les
actions d’appui dont vous portez sur Antalaha et autour de notre
territoire. Vous avez contribué non seulement pour combattre la
pauvreté mais pour une dignité humaine. Au nom de la population de la
Commune Urbaine Antalaha je vous remercie beaucoup.

Par la suite espérons que cette année nous apportera du Bonheur, de la
Prospérité, de la Paix de l’Harmonie et beaucoup plus d’Education et ceux-ci dans
un esprit de Valorisation du Capital Humain, dans la Solidarité et de
la Dignité comprenant la Volonté de Toujours Bien Faire,
